Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS:

All of our products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. However the apparel must be unwashed, unworn (other than trying it on for size) and have its original tags in place or else we WILL NOT, CANNOT, and frankly WILL NOT process the refund. Email info@puregolfcompany.com with "RETURN" in the subject header along with your order number and full name (used to purchase the order). Refunds will be reimbursed to the method of payment used to make the purchase. We can only process the refund once we have received the original item back. 

EXCHANGES:

Bought the wrong size? Don't worry we've all been there. Shoot us an email at info@puregolfcompany.com with your order number, full name (used to purchase the order), and the new size that you would like, and we'll mail you the correct one right away. Same rules apply as above (see RETURNS). We can only process the exchange once we have received the original item back. 

Correct size but wrong design? Go ahead and purchase the new one you want on the website while we process the refund for the one you don't want. We can only process the refund...you guessed it...once we have received the original item back.

For both RETURNS & EXCHANGES we'll mail you a PDF version of your pre-paid return label once we receive an email from you. We've covered the shipping costs, you just have to pack it.
